Shipping Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. Position Overview: The Shipping Assistant will be responsible for labeling, packaging, organizing products, and assisting with inventory counts. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and looking for part-time, steady work in a friendly and professional environment. Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week Flexible schedule during weekday business hours Key Responsibilities: Label and package products for outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet PHL standards Organize the shipping area and maintain supplies Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock organization Receive, verify, and help store incoming inventory Maintain a clean and orderly workspace Support the operations team with other tasks as required Qualifications: Must have a driver's license G2 or G Must be able to lift boxes or packages up to approximately 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and dependable team player Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working on your feet and handling repetitive tasks Previous experience in shipping, warehousing, or inventory management is an asset but not required Compensation & Perks: Minimum wage Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to learn about the Canadian pharmaceutical distribution space How to Apply: If you’re interested, please email your resume and a brief note about your availability to info@phldistributions.com .
