Shipping Assistant

Job Overview The Shipping Assistant supports the movement of orders from preparation through shipment, helping ensure packages are accurately processed and ready for delivery. Shopify is the specified platform; familiarity with its order-management workflow is relevant to this role. Duties Review order details and shipping information in Shopify. Prepare orders for packing and shipment. Check items and order records for accuracy. Create or update shipment details in Shopify. Organize outgoing packages for carrier pickup. Flag order or shipping discrepancies for resolution. Your impact: Accurate order processing helps customers receive the items they ordered. Skills Comfortable navigating Shopify and online order systems. Strong attention to detail when handling order information. Organized approach to managing multiple shipping tasks.
