TheWell Bioscience Inc.Position Summary TheWell Bioscience is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Assembly Associate to support our growing operations team. This role is responsible for assembling finished products, preparing and packaging temperature-sensitive life science products, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and on-time shipment to customers worldwide. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced biotech environment. Key Responsibilities Product Assembly Assemble product kits and components according to SOPs and work instructions Follow quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency Label and package assembled products properly Maintain clean and organized assembly workspace Assist with light manufacturing and kitting activities Report any discrepancies or quality concerns to management Shipping & Logistics Prepare and package orders accurately according to company SOPs Handle temperature-sensitive shipments, including dry ice packaging Generate shipping labels and required documentation (domestic and international) Coordinate with FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers for pickups and tracking Maintain shipping records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Inspect outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy Monitor shipping supplies and reorder as needed Support returns and exchanges processing Inventory Support Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment Conduct periodic inventory counts Maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory systems Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1–3 years of shipping, warehouse, assembly, or logistics experience preferred Experience in product assembly or kitting preferred Experience handling dry ice shipments is a plus Familiarity with shipping software and carrier portals (FedEx, UPS) Familiarity with international shipments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems preferred) Ability to follow written SOPs and detailed instructions Preferred Experience (Biotech / Life Science a Plus) Experience assembling laboratory kits or reagents Experience shipping temperature-sensitive materials Understanding of GMP or regulated environments Pay: $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
