Shipping and Warehouse Associate
ESP Water ProductsESP Water Products is seeking a Shipping & Warehouse Associate to manage day-to-day shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience by ensuring orders are fulfilled quickly, accurately, and professionally. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual who takes ownership of their work, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in well-organized, efficient warehouse operations. You’ll work closely with a small team and the Operations Manager to support inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and continuous improvement of workflows. What You’ll Do In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of order fulfillment and warehouse organization, including: Pick, prep, package, and ship customer orders quickly, accurately, and properly Update order status and shipment details in the computer system Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory tracking Order shipping, mailing, and packing materials as needed Organize, label, and maintain inventory locations Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient Follow and maintain warehouse safety protocols Identify opportunities to improve workflows and assist with implementing process improvements What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Required Qualifications: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized Comfortable using and switching between multiple computer applications Ability to learn and use web-based software tools Willingness to follow instructions and established procedures High school diploma or GED required Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in small-package shipping or warehouse fulfillment Ability to learn basic technical product information and problem-solve as needed Physical Requirements Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Stand and walk for extended periods Bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions Climb small step-ladders or stools to access inventory Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and similar equipment Tools & Equipment Used Pallet jacks, hand trucks, and general warehouse tools Step-ladders or stools Desktop computers, scanners, and label printers Shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, USPS) Drill press Additional Requirements Local Requirement: Candidates must live locally or be able to reliably commute daily.
