Shipping and Receiving Team Member

Third Shift Shipping & Receiving Team Member Shift: 3rd Shift Sunday: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM Monday – Thursday: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM Schedule: 40+ hours per week, with overtime as needed Position Overview The Shipping & Receiving Team Member is a critical link in ensuring our products reach customers error-free, safely, and on time . This position is responsible for preparing, organizing, packaging, loading, and shipping glass and mirror products while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shipping area. You will work closely with the Shipping Supervisor, Project Managers, Crating, and other departments to ensure daily shipping requirements are completed accurately and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Review the weekly job board and ship products according to the established schedule. Communicate job progress, issues, and updates to coworkers and managers. Build and load crates for projects and assist with crating as needed. Pull, compile, stage, and rack bulk outbound glass. Perform quality checks on products prior to shipment. Sort glass on the dock and maintain organized racks and staging areas. Load and unload trucks and properly secure loads for transportation. Prepare, scan, stage, and load racks for engineered job-site deliveries and shipments. Sort, prepare, inventory, and load pallets of engineered hardware for project shipments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and shipping area. Operate equipment and move materials safely throughout the facility and yard. Perform other shipping, receiving, and related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical. Ability to safely lift and move up to 120 lbs. on a consistent basis . Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience operating or maneuvering straight trucks throughout a yard is preferred. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Previous night-shift experience preferred. Ability and willingness to work 45–50 hours per week , including overtime as needed. Mechanical aptitude is a plus; willing to train the right candidate. FeneVision experience is a plus; training available. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and shipping environment. Willingness to follow all safety procedures and company standards.
