Shipping and Receiving Team Lead
Mach10 SolutionsCore Responsibilities Mentor, guide, and support the professional growth of the shipping and receiving staff. Oversee inventory organization and coordinate the timing of inbound and outbound freight. Distribute daily tasks to ensure all shipping and production targets are successfully achieved. Manage the creation of shipping manifests and finalize processed orders. Resolve issues related to damaged inventory, shipment errors, or external partner inquiries. Review purchase orders and oversee the documentation required for all shipments. Operate equipment to load and unload freight, including the handling of hazardous materials. Facilitate communication with external suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners like UPS and FedEx. Utilize ERP systems to input data, track information, and generate operational reports. Help maintain a safe, secure, and orderly facility that meets all quality management standards. Provide support for staff evaluations and verify timecards as required. Required Qualifications Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to organize complex tasks with high precision. Proficiency in basic computing and the ability to adhere to established protocols. Strong leadership capabilities combined with effective communication and analytical skills. Flexibility to work extra hours as business needs dictate. Physical capacity to occasionally lift loads weighing up to 30 pounds. Compensation and Hours: This position offers a pay rate between $26 and $36 per hour, with a standard work schedule running Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
