Support Production: Locate, verify, and deliver materials to work centers based on production orders. Handle Returns: Process credit-return materials and restock items in their proper locations. Manage Shipping: Prepare, secure, document, and track finished products for shipment. Maintain Records: Record deliveries, inventory locations, and units shipped accurately. Lead the Team: Coordinate schedules, manage corrective actions, and train team members. Oversee Equipment: Inspect material-handling equipment and coordinate repairs as needed. Support Operations: Serve as a resource for shipping and receiving activities while helping the team meet daily goals. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic English skills (read, write, and speak). Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Basic computer and data-entry skills, including Microsoft Excel. Leadership skills and the ability to train and support team members. Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use.
