Shipping and Receiving Supervisor
FPM HEAT TREATINGJob Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily shipping activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate and timely shipment of products while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction. Duties Provide customer service via telephone, e-mail, and electronic reporting Daily reports Shipping/Receiving Maintain productivity within the department Manage and lead a team of shipping personnel Coordinate truck lines for pick-ups/delivery Coordinate shipping schedules and prioritize tasks Review all outgoing orders for quality compliance and completeness Oversee department personnel Skills - Strong team management skills - Proficiency in inventory control and materials handling - Knowledge of logistics - Familiarity with shipping operations systems - Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed up to 50 lbs - Understanding of OSHA regulations -General working environment for a heat treating operation with heat and noise exposure - Bilingual English/Spanish a plus - Ability to work in a fast paced environment Requirements 3+ years' related work experience in a manufacturing enviorment. Heat Treat industry a plus.
