Responsibilities: About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead our dock operations. You'll oversee the team that checks in inbound loads of IT equipment, verifies counts against manifests, and stages and ships outbound orders on time. You'll also make sure every asset is tracked accurately from the moment it arrives. Maintain chain of custody for data-bearing and serialized assets, following security and compliance procedures (e.g., R2, e-Stewards, customer-specific requirements). Coordinate outbound shipments: picking, staging, packing, labeling, and carrier pickups, keeping dock dwell time low. Schedule inbound and outbound appointments with carriers, freight brokers, and internal teams. Ensure accurate, timely transactions in the WMS/ERP system and resolve inventory variances. Enforce safety standards, including forklift and pallet jack operation, PPE, and a clean, organized dock. Track and report on KPIs such as on-time shipping, receiving accuracy, throughput, and dwell time. Partner with operations, logistics, sales, and customer service to resolve shipping issues and meet customer commitments. What You Bring 3+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role. Working knowledge of BOLs, freight classes, LTL/FTL shipping, and carrier coordination. Experience with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and basic proficiency in Excel. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse environment. Nice to Have Experience in ITAD, electronics recycling, data center hardware, or 3PL environments. Familiarity with R2, ISO, or other compliance standards. Experience handling serialized or high-value inventory. Qualifications: Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds.
