Hours – 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Pay: $22-$25.00 an hour
Contract: 3 months with potential for extension

organized, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work every day? We’re looking for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist who takes pride in getting the right products to the right people—accurately, safely, and on time.
From incoming deliveries to outgoing orders, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly while working with teammates, suppliers, and shipping partners.
What You’ll Do
• Own the details: Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring quantities and packaging meet requirements.
• Keep deliveries on track: Receive and unpack goods, verify packing slips, and investigate discrepancies.
• Stay organized: Maintain accurate incoming and outgoing shipment records in Salesforce.
• Solve shipping mysteries: Track down missing products, correct records, and help prevent repeat issues.
• Handle returns: Coordinate returned equipment, replacement materials, and return merchandise authorizations.
• Support the team: Keep your workspace safe and orderly, lend a hand, and help improve shared processes.
What You’ll Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dependable work ethic.
• Customer service and administrative experience.
• Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and communication tools such as Teams or Slack.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work flexible hours when needed.
Experience That Gets Our Attention
Shipping and receiving experience with major carriers such as FedEx or UPS is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce order management or similar shipping systems is also a plus!
An Active, Hands-On Role
Expect a mix of standing, walking, computer work, bending, reaching, and moving packages. The role may involve lifting or moving boxes weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance and/or a pallet jack. Appropriate safety equipment, including closed-toe shoes, is required.
