Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Overview As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you’ll keep products moving accurately through warehouse operations. You’ll coordinate shipping logistics, receive and inspect deliveries, update inventory records, and support order fulfillment for warehouse distribution and e-commerce orders. Your impact: Accurate receiving and order processing help customers and internal teams get the right products where they need to go. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments; compare deliveries with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies. Pick, pack, label, and stage orders; prepare shipments and verify documentation for domestic and international trade regulations. Use a warehouse management system, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, material requirements planning (MRP) tools, or AS400 to complete data entry and track inventory. Stock and organize products; use an RF scanner, order picker, pallet jack, or forklift to move, load, and unload materials safely. Support customer service and warehouse distribution needs by communicating shipment updates and maintaining accurate records. Requirements Warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics. Basic math, accurate data entry, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and inventory management software; experience with a warehouse management system is helpful. Knowledge of order picking, picking and packing, packaging, stocking, and order fulfillment; e-commerce experience is a plus. Ability to follow shipping procedures and trade compliance requirements; familiarity with international trade regulations is preferred. Experience operating a forklift, order picker, RF scanner, or pallet jack is helpful. Pay: $25.18 - $30.32 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
