Responsibilities
• Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments using warehouse management systems and RFID scanners
• Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, labeling, and verifying orders with accuracy using order picker equipment and pallet jacks
• Operate forklifts safely to load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods and adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory management software accordingly
• Ensure compliance with shipping logistics regulations, including international trade regulations and trade compliance standards
• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve shipment issues promptly and provide tracking updates as needed
• Support warehouse operations by assisting with stocking, order picking, packaging, and load & unload activities as required
Skills
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and international trade regulations
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers
• Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math proficiency for inventory calculations and documentation
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, stacking, stocking, and load & unload activities safely
• Exceptional customer service skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and external carriers
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including picking & packing, stocking procedures, and trade compliance standards

Pay: $25.72 - $30.98 per hour
