Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Able Sheet Metal, Inc. is currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, and organized individual to join our Shipping & Receiving Department . Position Details Employment: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Available Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and condition Prepare, organize, and stage customer orders for shipment Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Verify products against shipping and receiving paperwork Assist with inventory organization and product movement Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping/receiving area Communicate with office, production, drivers, and management regarding orders Follow company safety procedures and workplace policies Perform other warehouse and shipping duties as needed Qualifications Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Must be dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Must be able to safely perform the physical duties required for the position Forklift experience is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works safely, and understands the importance of getting customer orders accurate and ready on time .
