Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Job Summary As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by coordinating incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting timely order fulfillment. You’ll use warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track shipments, update data, and help ensure products reach the right destinations. Your impact: Accurate receiving, picking, and shipping help customers and warehouse teams get the products they need on time. Duties Receive, inspect, and record shipments; investigate discrepancies and update inventory records through data entry. Pick, pack, package, and stage orders; support stocking and order fulfillment. Load and unload freight using a forklift, pallet jack, or order picker, following safe operating procedures. Prepare shipping documents and coordinate shipping logistics for domestic and international shipments. Book Trucks for Loads (Search for trucks ) Experience Warehouse experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management, order picking, picking and packing, and inventory management software is an asset. Basic math skills and accurate recordkeeping are important; customer service experience is helpful. Experience with a warehouse management system, Microsoft Office, Excel, Fusion ware, Quickbooks Bilingual preferred Pay: From $5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
