Shipping and Receiving Specialist
Atlas Gear CompanyJob Summary Manage all aspects of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory management, final inspections. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods; verify shipment details and resolve discrepancies. Pick, pack, package, stock, and stage orders for accurate, timely shipment. Load and unload freight using equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, or order picker, as authorized. Update inventory and shipment records through ERP system (JobBoss E2) Work with production team to manage material storage in appropriate areas within facility. Experience Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment is an asset. Accurate data entry, attention to detail, and customer service skills are important. Experience with JobBoss E2 ERP system. Forklift and pallet jack experience is preferred; follow site procedures and applicable equipment requirements. Experience with quality inspection gages desirable.
