About the Position We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Delivery & Operations Support Associate to join our team! This is a hands-on, active position that involves local deliveries, loading and unloading products, receiving shipments, counting inventory, organizing products, and helping wherever an extra set of hands is needed. We're looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and takes the initiative to do it. The right person works efficiently, catches the little details, takes responsibility for their work, and doesn't need constant direction to stay productive. Every day can look a little different, so flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are important. Responsibilities Make local deliveries and pickups in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Load, unload, lift, and move boxes, merchandise, and shipments. Receive incoming shipments and verify products against order paperwork. Count inventory accurately and identify missing or incorrect items. Check product quantities, sizes, colors, styles, and other order details. Organize inventory, warehouse areas, and incoming and outgoing products. Help prepare orders and move products where they need to go. Assist team members with daily tasks and special projects. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Identify tasks that need attention and take initiative without waiting to be asked. Communicate promptly when something is missing, incorrect, damaged, or delayed. Help wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic. Extremely detail-oriented and accurate when counting and checking products. Able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Self-motivated and able to recognize what needs to be done without constant supervision. Organized, observant, and good at prioritizing tasks. Honest and accountable, including when mistakes happen. Comfortable working independently while also being a team player. Positive, flexible, and willing to help with a variety of tasks. Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving boxes and merchandise. Professional and courteous when interacting with customers and vendors. Work Environment This is an active, hands-on position that involves driving, lifting, standing, walking, organizing, and completing a variety of daily tasks.
