Job description: Shipping and Receiving Specialist BioGenex – Fremont, CA 94538 Full-Time | $18.00 – $23.00 per hour | Day Shift Job Summary BioGenex is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse operations in Fremont, CA. This role involves handling incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory, including cold storage management. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments Verify inventory and ensure product quality upon receipt Review supplier documentation (batch, specifications, shelf life) Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain accurate inventory and bin locations Process returns and maintain organized storage areas Label products, assemble kits, and package shipments Manage cold room and freezer inventory Perform daily inventory checks and report shortages Requirements 3+ years of warehouse experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel) Experience with FedEx/UPS shipping systems is a plus Forklift experience preferred (training provided) Ability to work in a team environment Good communication and reliability Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay & Benefits $18.00 – $23.00 per hour 401(k) Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Work Location Fremont, CA 94538 (On-site) Must be able to commute or relocate before starting About BioGenex BioGenex is a leader in molecular pathology and cancer diagnostics, providing innovative automated systems for research and personalized medicine.
