Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities: - Schedule and manage LTL shipments - Assist / check-in drivers; assign dock doors - Schedules delivery appointments with drivers - Sign-out loads / issue Bill of Ladings - Use WMS [Warehouse Management system] to Sign-out, cross reference, and run reports - Match control copies with Warehouse pull sheet to ensure proper loading. - Works closely with warehouse and office personnel to ensure loads are shipped on time. - Maintain several excel spreadsheets - Reviews all email communication from/to carriers - Work closely with CSR team to ensure proper shipping - Light CSR duties Requirements: - Excellent Attendance - Have experience in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel - Good communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Do you have a minimum of one year office/clerical experience?
