Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Sierra Staffing Group is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist for a leading electronics manufacturing company in Reno. This role is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping materials and shipments moving accurately and on schedule. Job Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments Prepare, package, and label products and materials for shipment Verify orders, packing slips, and shipping documents for accuracy Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers Update inventory and shipment records in company systems Keep the shipping and receiving area organized and safe Communicate with internal teams to resolve shipment or inventory discrepancies Job Requirements: Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to use computers and learn inventory or shipping systems Reliable communication and teamwork skills Ability to safely handle materials and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Electronics manufacturing experience is a plus If you're qualified and interested in this great opportunity, please apply now!
