Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Job details: Ball Kia is looking for a shipping and receiving specialist that is good with reading numbers and accuracy. This job is full time Tuesday-Saturday. Looking for someone that is good with seeing and understanding number's and letters. You will be asked to check in daily orders as well as stock order's. Placing parts in their assigned bin locations, pulling customer orders and making sure that every part is accounted for. Will help the Parts manager pull obsolete part's that will be returned to the manufacturer. You will be asked to keep the counters filled with fluid's and filter's and help keep the department clean. Disposing of trash and cardboard daily. Keeping the department cleaned and organized so that day to day task are completed without any issues. Occasionally will be asked to deliver parts to our wholesale customer's and fill in as a driver when needed. Must have a valid drivers license and CLEAN driving record. No DUI or tickets of any kind. In time the goal is to also train you to work the front and back counter as Parts specialist. There you will be tasked with answer emails, phone calls, online and in person orders. Must have great communication, phone skills and most importantly Great Customer Service. once trained you will be asked to fill in as needed when someone calls out or on vacation /when an extra person is need answering and helping customers needs.
