Shipping and Receiving Specialist
DeMichele GroupShipping & Receiving Associate DeMichele Group — Chandler, AZ Full-time, on-site | Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Starting pay: $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience Location: Near Gilbert Road and Germann Road DeMichele Group builds software and RhinoFab fabrication equipment for the window, door, storefront, and curtain wall industries. We’re looking for a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to help keep parts, inventory, and shipments moving through our Chandler shop. What you’ll do Receive deliveries and check parts against purchase orders and packing slips. Identify and report shortages, damage, or incorrect items. Label, organize, and put away inventory so parts are easy to find. Pick, pack, and prepare parts and equipment for shipment. Complete shipping paperwork and coordinate freight pickups. Work with purchasing and production to keep materials moving on schedule. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. What we’re looking for Strong attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, and dependable attendance. Ability to stay organized while handling multiple deliveries and shipments. Comfort working in a hands-on shop environment and moving materials safely. Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience is preferred.
