Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Job Overview As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you’ll keep products moving accurately through operations—from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipment. You’ll use inventory management software, and tools such as an RF scanner to track goods, prepare orders, and support dependable shipping logistics. Your impact: Accurate receiving and order picking help customers and internal teams get the right products when they need them. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, record, and stock incoming products; load and unload shipments using a forklift or pallet jack as authorized. Pick, pack, and package orders for distribution and e-commerce fulfillment, using an order picker and RF scanner as needed. Update inventory and shipment records through data entry in management systems. Coordinate shipping and receiving details, follow applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations, and help resolve order or delivery issues. Provide responsive customer service while maintaining organized and safe operations. Requirements Basic math, accurate data entry, and attention to detail. Basic experience, including familiarity with shipping and receiving, inventory management, stocking, picking and packing, and order fulfillment. Experience with Ford Motor Company and/or Reynolds and Reynolds a plus. Forklift, pallet jack, order picker, and RF scanner experience is preferred; ability to follow safe load-and-unload procedures is essential.
