Shipping & Receiving Clerk – Full-TimePSS Urology, Inc. | Spokane Valley , WA| $22–$25/hour (DOE) | Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00–4:30 About Us- PSS Urology is a growing medical device company serving surgery centers, hospitals, and healthcare purchasing organizations nationwide. Our products support urologic surgical procedures, so every order we ship matters to a care team. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to keep our products moving accurately and on time. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and report discrepancies or damage Maintain accurate inventory records, including lot numbers and expiration dates Perform regular cycle counts and support periodic physical inventories Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and carrier paperwork (UPS, FedEx, freight) Track shipments and respond to customer questions about order status, delays, or damaged/missing items Coordinate with sales and customer service to resolve shipping issues quickly Process customer returns and restock or quarantine product as appropriate Keep the warehouse and shipping area clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For 1+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience (medical device or healthcare distribution a plus) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable with computers; experience with an inventory or ERP system (NetSuite a plus) Clear, professional communication with customers and coworkers Ability to lift up to [50] lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, organized, and able to work independently High school diploma or equivalent Pay & Benefits $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
