Job Overview As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by coordinating incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting timely order fulfillment. You’ll use warehouse management systems and equipment to receive, inspect, stock, pick, pack, and prepare shipments. Your impact: Accurate handling and tracking help customers and internal teams receive the right products on time. Duties Receive, inspect, and document deliveries; compare shipments with purchase orders and report discrepancies. Pick, pack, label, and stage orders; load and unload goods while following safe handling practices. Stock products and maintain inventory accuracy using data entry, an RF scanner, and inventory management software. Coordinate shipping logistics and warehouse distribution, including applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Operate equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, and order picker when authorized; support shipping and receiving workflows. Qualifications Experience in warehouse operations, warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related warehouse role is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management, order picking, picking and packing, and order fulfillment is helpful. Basic math, accurate data entry, customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. Ability to safely load and unload shipments and use warehouse equipment; forklift experience is an asset. Pay: $25.09 - $29.22 per hour Work Location: In person
