Voltage | Live Stream E-Commerce Location: 311 S Dishman Mica Rd. Spokane Valley - On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: Starting at $18/hour , with $1/hour raises every 2 months until reaching $20/hour. Additional raises are available based on job performance. Position Overview We are hiring Shipping & Receiving Specialists to support our fast-paced operations. This role is critical to keeping product moving accurately and efficiently from inbound inventory to outbound customer orders. You will work hands-on with a variety retail goods, ensuring items are properly inspected, packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment or pickup. Key Responsibilities Pick and prep inventory for shipment Package and label outgoing shipments Prepare items for carrier pickup and customer fulfillment Maintain clean, organized work areas Follow documented processes to ensure accuracy and speed What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and consistent work ethic Comfortable with being on your feet, active and lifting up to 50lbs for an entire shift Willingness to learn systems and follow procedures Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow Warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
