ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator III to join our growing team in an onsite position in Spartanburg, SC. As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator III, you will have the opportunity to complete all picking, shipping and receiving functions in and out of the ERP and WMS system. This includes but is not limited to transfer order and sales order completion for all types of part numbers, tools and accessories, as well as purchase order receiving and put-away for all types of part numbers, tools and accessories. The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 7:00 AM-3:45 PM with overtime as needed in a non-climate controlled environment. This role reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor. Shipping Role & Responsibilities: Shipping outbound transfer orders and sales orders for components, all serialized inventory and accessories. Scheduling outbound LTL shipments for your designated WHS (this includes but is not limited to BOL entry, density calculation and correct NMFC code entry) Communicating with operations when needed. Manually picking, packing, and shipping orders in the ERP for component, serialized tools and accessories shipments going outbound. Providing pertinent information to the sales department and other stakeholders Reporting discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders. Ensuring the completion of all KPI reporting related to outbound transactions Ensuring the successful completion of all outbound related inventory movement. Supporting inventory control where applicable. Perform other related shipping duties as assigned. Receiving Role & Responsibilities: Receiving inbound warehouse deliveries for all components, serialized inventory and accessories. Communicating with operations and inventory when needed. Manually checking in and receiving orders into the ERP for shipments received at the ANA warehouse. Providing labeling information to receiving and reporting discrepancies to the inventory and operations team. Ensuring the reconciliation of all inventory invoice issues Ensuring the successful put away of all inbound inventory. Ensuring the successful completion of all cycle counts for MAC3 tools and parts Providing systematic support to accounting through accurate follow up and system reconciliation related to receipt. Manually verifying day to day inbound transactions for accuracies and discrepancies Supporting shipping where applicable. Supporting kit completion where necessary Oversee and execute complex shipping and receiving operations, ensuring inbound and outbound inventory is processed efficiently and accurately. Coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling shipments, liaising with carriers, and troubleshooting delivery issues to minimize delays and errors. Collaborate closely with the supervisor to help set and uphold site-wide shipping and receiving standards, leading inventory control initiatives, monitoring cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation, and driving process improvements to ensure optimal accuracy and operational excellence.
