Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Position Overview Crows Truck Center is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator . This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing and shipping outgoing orders, delivering parts to customers, and assisting with daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who can work independently, stay organized, and help keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Receiving: Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming parts and merchandise to ensure accuracy. Shipping: Pick, package, label, and prepare outgoing parts orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner. Parts Delivery: Safely deliver parts and merchandise to customers and other locations as needed. Inventory Management: Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining accurate inventory and bin locations. Order Accuracy: Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping information to minimize errors. Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping, receiving, and warehouse area. Communication: Work closely with the parts department, warehouse team, and supervisors to ensure orders and deliveries are completed efficiently. Customer Service: Represent Crows Truck Center professionally when interacting with customers, vendors, and delivery personnel. Team Support: Assist other departments with warehouse and parts-related tasks as needed. Additional Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support daily business operations. Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily responsibilities. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory and shipping systems. Ability to lift and move parts and merchandise safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or automotive/heavy-duty truck parts experience is preferred but not required.
