• Record and report inv

entory discrepancies.
• Schedule and oversee inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
• Conduct safety inspections and address hazards immediately.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams.
• Resolve issues related to shipping, receiving, or stock discrepancies.
• Review emails and system dashboards for order updates or alerts.
• Update SAP records.
• Conduct physical inventory spot checks for inbound and outbound.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and staging area.
• Maintain high housekeeping and organizational standards.
• Communicate potential shipping and receiving delays to the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Lead.
• Participate in Incident Reviews as necessary and ensure applicable Corrective Actions are completed in a timely manner.
• Inspect and document shipping and receiving as required.
• Perform ERP (Emergency Response Plan) duties as outlined in the ERP.
• Participate in monthly Safety training.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Environmental:
• Dispose of packaging materials and waste responsibly, following environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure environmental sustainability practices are upheld.
• Enact spill response and containment procedures specific to the nature of the chemicals handled.
• Possess a good knowledge of safety and environmental rules, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
Regulatory (Safety Measures):
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Demonstrate an overall understanding of plant safety rules, regulations, and company safety policies/procedures.
• Follow established regulatory protocols for material handling and unloading procedures.
• Participate in safety training sessions and adhere to safety policies.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to operations and material handling.

• Success rate of meeting or exceeding tasks as outlined by LEADs.
• Compliance with chemical handling products.
• On-Time Shipments & Receipts.
• Inventory Accuracy.
4 – COMPETENCE PROFILE: SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCESKILLS:
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety and hazardous material handling.
• Inventory management and ERP software skills.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a self-motivated attitude.

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chemical facility.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION:
• High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must successfully pass required drug and background screening.
