Job Summary We are seeking a part‑time Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily order fulfillment, customer service, and inventory organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse work, customer interaction, and problem‑solving. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare daily orders for shipment Use Shopify, ShipWorks, and FedEx software to enter and track orders Follow packaging methods and visual instructions to meet product standards Answer customer calls and place phone orders Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory Assist with cycle counts and general warehouse organization Make local deliveries in Bandon and Coos Bay (reliable personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursed) Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Demonstrate behaviors aligned with Face Rock Creamery’s core values Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn and use shipping software Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Clear and friendly communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Regular walking, standing, bending, pushing, and pulling Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Work Location In person – Bandon, OR Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
