Key Responsibilities
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and weights, and maintain accurate records.
• Store, locate, and transfer materials throughout the facility.
• Open and prepare containers using appropriate hand tools while following safety procedures.
• Identify and document damaged materials or shortages.
• Load and unload products from trucks, racks, pallets, conveyors, and containers.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with UPS, FedEx, freight forwarders, and other carriers.
• Transport materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, electric dollies, and other material-handling equipment as authorized.
• Support production teams by moving and lifting materials manually or with a power hoist when required.
• Organize, stack, and assemble materials to ensure efficient workflow and storage.
• Utilize RF scanners and scan guns for order picking, packing, inventory tracking, and shipping activities.
• Complete shipping documentation, reports, and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality programs.
• Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Assist with additional warehouse and shipping functions as needed.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Familiarity with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and freight forwarders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using RF scanners or scan guns.
• Ability to perform warehouse duties such as loading, unloading, picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack materials safely and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, electric dollies, and other warehouse equipment.
• Warehouse inventory control, order fulfillment, and packaging operations.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive work ethic.

Work Environment
• Warehouse environment with circulating air and varying temperatures throughout the facility.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hard hats and safety vests, is required and provided.
• Regular use of material handling equipment, RF scanners, packaging equipment, and general warehouse tools.
Schedule
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime: Mandatory Saturday overtime currently required as business needs dictate.
