Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments in accordance with company standards and carrier requirements.
• Perform inventory control activities, including counting, tracking, and updating inventory records to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Organize and store small to mid-sized packages in designated locations to support efficient warehouse operations.
• Operate shipping and receiving equipment, including forklifts, in a safe and responsible manner when required.
• Create and follow daily work plans and schedules to complete shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks on time.
• Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory data accurately using a computer and keyboard.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in the shipping and receiving department.
• Communicate with humility, respect, and a service mindset when interacting with internal and external partners.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and support the growth of the business.
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage and ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly.

• Demonstrated reliability and consistency in meeting deadlines and completing assigned tasks.
