Responsibilities
• Unload tires from inbound 57' flatbed trailers using conveyor systems and automated lifting equipment.
• Work as part of a team to unload, scan, label, organize, and palletize tires for inventory.
• Perform repetitive lifting of tires weighing between 50-70 lbs throughout the shift.
• Rotate between unloading and inventory functions every other day to ensure varied skill development.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by properly scanning, labeling, and organizing tires.
Essential Skills
• Ability to consistently lift 50-70 lbs.
• Strong physical stamina to remain on feet and handle tires throughout the shift.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively during unloading and inventory processes.
• Attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Previous warehouse experience, construction labor, or similar labor-intensive positions.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Inventory work and RF scanner usage.
• Shipping/receiving experience and quality control experience.
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset.

Work Environment
Work in a warehouse and tire distribution center with indoor settings that may experience seasonal temperature fluctuations. Expect continuous standing, frequent bending, repetitive lifting, reaching, and walking throughout the shift. Handle tires weighing up to 70 lbs in moderate warehouse noise from conveyor systems, freight movement, and team activity. Collaborate closely with team members in unloading inbound trailers and processing inventory using conveyor systems, automated lifting systems, RF scanners, and inventory labeling equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
