Shipping and Receiving Clerk

KCG is looking for a reliable and organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team in Madison Heights, Michigan. This position involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments of precision metal parts and barstock, packaging finished products, and assisting with deliveries and pickups. Responsibilities: Package, label, and prepare finished parts and material for shipment. Receive, unload, inspect, count, and verify incoming material. Operate a HI-LO / forklift to load, unload, and move material. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Drive company vehicles for local pickups and deliveries. Verify shipment quantities and ensure orders are accurate. Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area. Assist with other shop duties as needed. Qualifications: Ability to safely operate a HI-LO / forklift. Valid driver's license required. Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle physical work in a manufacturing environment. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
