• Inspect the quality of incoming materials for damages or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
• Safely unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting.
• Deliver incoming stock and raw materials directly to production lines or designated storage areas.
• Pack, wrap, band, and label finished goods according to shipping standards and customer specifications.
• Prepare accurate bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels using carrier software such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or freight portals.
• Stage and load outgoing freight efficiently to maximize space and ensure safe transit.
• Enter daily shipping and receiving transactions into the plants ERP/inventory tracking software.
• Keep storage areas clean, organized, and optimized for space.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.
• Support production or assembly teams during peak times or inventory shortages.
Essential Skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a shipping and receiving clerk position.
• Proficiency with computer operations related to shipping and receiving roles.
• Ability to understand job orders accurately.
• Experience with scan guns for inventory management.
• Knowledge of any ERP system.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in inventory control and order selection.
• Capability in packing operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
