ceiving Clerk follows approved procedures, safety requirements, and Good Documentation Practices to maintain material traceability and reliable warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, condition, and consistency with purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Record receipts, shipments, and authorized inventory movements accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Store products and materials according to designated locations, inventory status, storage conditions, and stock rotation requirements.
• Pick, verify, pack, weigh, and label outgoing orders according to approved fulfillment and shipping procedures.
• Prepare accurate shipping documentation to support order processing and carrier pickups.
• Load, unload, and transfer materials using approved equipment and safe handling practices.
• Receive and document returned products for designated storage pending authorized disposition.
• Perform finished-product reconciliations and inventory counts to support accurate records and timely reporting of discrepancies.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
• Minimum of one year of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or inventory control required.
• Experience verifying shipments, preparing shipping documentation, and maintaining inventory records preferred.
• Experience using a WMS or comparable computerized inventory system preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or another regulated environment preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, powered pallet trucks, or comparable material-handling equipment preferred.
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills & Knowledge:
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse systems and perform routine inventory transactions.
• Basic understanding of, or willingness to learn, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, follow direction, and organize assigned tasks.
• Ability to meet the position’s physical requirements, including frequent standing and walking and lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Schedule
• Full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
