Shipping and Receiving Clerk

NAECO, LLC , a manufacturing company located in Peachtree City, GA, is a leading industry supplier of electrical contact materials and precision CNC machined parts for industries including aerospace and defense, medical, industrial controls, power distribution and transportation. We are looking to hire a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. We offer a competitive pay and benefits that start on the first day of the month after start date. Job Duties: Receiving, routing and stocking incoming products/materials using company ERP system Proper checking and routing of documents for incoming products/materials To assist where necessary in the Quality Control of Incoming & Outgoing Parts Pulling, counting and packaging outgoing products/materials Proper checking and control of documents for outgoing products/materials Occasionally operate a fork lift as necessary Will work on desktop programs and files Other duties as business dictates Qualifications: Must have experience in Shipping and Receiving, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Must have skills using MS Excel, and experience using an ERP or MRP system is preferred. Additional Skills : Document reading and understanding, Counting, Clear Communication, Lifting, Pulling, Carrying, Fingering, Grasping, Teamwork, Reliable attendance, Ability to follow direction and instruction. Work Environment and Physical Demands : The work environment characteristics are primarily an office environment with interaction with employees in light manufacturing. The physical work environment is consists of standing and sitting and lifting up to 50-60 pounds. Will also work on desktop programs and files. Hours : The hours for this position are on a 9/80 work schedule where 80 hours are worked in 9 work days (instead of 10) in a 2 week period. Employees work 44 hours one week and 36 hours the next week for a total of 80 hours worked in a 2 week period. The hours are 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday (30 minute lunch), and every other Friday work 7:00am - 3:30pm (30 minute lunch break). You would be off on the other Fridays (unless there is a work related necessity to come in).
