About the Opportunity Nu Way Concrete Forms is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse operations team in St. Louis, Missouri. This position plays an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly by ensuring incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, and supplies are accurately received, processed, documented, and shipped. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You'll Do Shipping & Receiving Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and other shipping documentation. Prepare, package, label, and process outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently. Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with warehouse personnel, vendors, freight carriers, and other departments. Identify and report damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective materials. Ensure shipments are properly documented and processed in a timely manner. Assist with scheduling freight pickups, deliveries, and other shipping arrangements. Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, including bills of lading, packing slips, and delivery receipts. Inventory & Order Processing Enter and update shipping, receiving, and inventory information in our warehouse management system and other company systems. Verify product quantities, descriptions, and inventory records for accuracy. Assist with inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and resolving inventory discrepancies. Work closely with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure materials are received and orders are fulfilled accurately. Monitor incoming shipments and communicate delays, shortages, or discrepancies to the appropriate departments. Assist with locating, organizing, and staging products for shipment or storage. Warehouse Support & Coordination Maintain an organized, clean, and safe shipping and receiving area. Assist warehouse personnel with pulling, staging, and preparing customer orders as needed. Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding order status, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules. Help ensure shipping and receiving procedures are followed consistently. Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and proper material-handling practices. Support other warehouse and operational activities as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
