Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities: - Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of contents and documentation - Unload, sort, and stock incoming products in designated storage areas - Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer orders - Utilize warehouse management system (AS400) to track inventory and update records - Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks to move products within the warehouse - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely shipping Experience: - Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role within a warehouse or distribution center preferred - Familiarity with order picking processes and inventory management systems - Proficiency in using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks - Knowledge of e-commerce operations and order fulfillment procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
