Shipping and Receiving

Job Summary As a Shipping and Receiving team member, you’ll maintain incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting timely order fulfillment. You’ll use store systems to receive merchandise into inventory, ship returns, ship merchandise to customers, and tag Merchandise to be sold. This paid position calls for careful work, clear communication, and a focus on dependable service. (Must be good on a computer and have an excellent ability to pay attention to details) Duties Receive and inspect deliveries; verify quantities and documentation, then record transactions through the store’s POS system. Ship returns to vendors. Contact vendors to get a Return Authorization. Ship merchandise and gifts to customers as needed. Maintain inventory through stocking, cycle counts, data entry, and investigation of discrepancies. Coordinate shipping logistics with carriers and internal teams. Provide responsive customer service and support store operations as needed. Your impact: Accurate receiving and order preparation help customers and coworkers get the right products where they need them. Qualifications Basic math, attention to detail, and clear communication skills. Experience with shipping and receiving, inventory management, picking and packing, or logistics is helpful; data importing experience is preferred..
