WHERE YOU WILL WORK Centerpointe Facility 3461 E Raines Road Memphis, TN 38115 Shift: Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM STARTING PAY: $19.40 per hour WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR As a Receiving Clerk I , you will be responsible for preparing to unload trailer by inspecting dock to ensure trailer is properly secured to the door. You’ll work in a comfortable climate-controlled environment where safety is our top priority. We are also committed to helping you make sport a daily habit so our DCs also offer onsite gyms. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Unloading the trailer onto the conveyor Performing visual inspection of cartons for potential quality concerns (crushed cartons, wet, pilfered, etc.) and random sampling for data/accuracy Manually record data on receiving worksheet for each PO that crosses the conveyor (i.e. style, size, color and suggested retail price) Confirming carton quantities with the purchase order Palletizing cartons from the conveyor and sort and segment cartons onto the pallets using RF devices Confirming pallets are complete (closeout) and move completed pallets to staging area WHAT YOU WILL BRING Entry level position; no prior warehouse experience required Must be able to read and understand detailed work instructions to complete daily tasks Must be capable of working with RF devices Must be able to: Read and understand detailed work instructions to complete daily tasks while prioritizing safety. Load, unload, and move heavy boxes and packages weighing up to 50 lbs. (with reasonable accommodation if needed).
