Shipping and Receiving Associate & Parts Department

Overview: We are seeking someone who has atleast 1 year UPS/Quickbooks experience in our Shipping & Receiving area to join our team for a full time position. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and be familiar with order picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes using UPS/Starship/Quickbooks/Other Inventory Programs/Barcode, Label Making Programs. Preferred Forklift Certified. Responsibilities: - Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders - Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies - Organize and store received items in designated locations within the warehouse - Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately - Operate warehouse equipment as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area - Assist with order fulfillment and warehouse activities Qualifications: - Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting preferred - Proficiency with UPS preferred for minimum of one year & with order picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes - Familiarity with inventory tracking - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment This position offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment.
