Shipping and Receiving Associate

Overview The Shipping and Receiving Associate supports the movement of goods through warehouse distribution, from incoming deliveries to accurate order fulfillment. This hands-on role includes shipping and receiving, packaging, order picking, and load and unload tasks, helping keep products organized and orders moving reliably. Duties Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments; prepare outgoing orders for dispatch. Pick, pack, and label orders for warehouse and e-commerce fulfillment, checking items and quantities for accuracy. Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment, such as a forklift, reach truck, or order picker, when applicable. Update inventory and shipment details Skills Required: Basic math, careful order picking, packaging, and clear recordkeeping support accurate shipping and receiving and safe handling of goods. Preferred: Warehouse experience, warehouse distribution familiarity, and experience with a warehouse management system, MRP, AS400, forklift, reach truck, or order picker are valuable.
