This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and hands-on responsibility in an independent fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Responsibilities Clean and pack parts per route sheet instructions and established practices Ensure safe handling and packaging of precision machined components Maintain accurate finished goods inventory Monitor ERP and custom software for daily shipment requirements Assemble data and certifications as required by customers Arrange pickups and deliveries via UPS, FedEx, and other carriers Receive incoming subcontracted parts, confirm counts, and forward documentation to Purchasing Specify and order shipping supplies (boxes, trays, tape, etc.) Qualifications Strong multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills Previous experience with UPS, FedEx, and international shipments preferred Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking Commitment to accuracy and timely delivery Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
