Shipping and Receiving Associate

If you enjoy working with a team and have a knack for organization, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Prepare and package outgoing shipments to ensure safe delivery. Maintain accurate inventory records and update the database as needed. Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule deliveries and pickups. Assist in organizing and maintaining the shipping and receiving area. Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to improve shipping and receiving processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain certification is a plus. Proven experience in shipping and receiving or a related field. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred). Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs). Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
