Shipping & Receiving Associate Join Our Fabulous Crew! We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This is a physical, fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Schedule Monday through Friday Approximately 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Physical Requirements Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. Able to stand and be on your feet throughout the workday Comfortable working in cooler and freezer environments Position Summary As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will help manage the flow of meat and non-meat products into and out of our facility. You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, and food safety standards. Responsibilities Unload incoming deliveries Verify shipments against purchase orders Put away and organize incoming inventory Prepare and stage outgoing orders Palletize outgoing shipments Track and maintain inventory records Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping and receiving areas Ensure quality, sanitation, and food safety standards are met Follow HACCP guidelines and company procedures Communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced production environment Qualifications Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Dependable and motivated work ethic Previous shipping and receiving experience is helpful but not required Why Join Us?
