Shipping and Receiving

Innovation Fasteners is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this position, you will be responsible for: Receiving of inbound freight - unpacking, and inspecting materials and supplies. Quality assurance checks on inbound inventory Assembling orders and preparing goods for shipment. Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders. Documents damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation. Maintain the warehouse in clean order and help out with the warehouse general tasks. Perform other duties as required. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED requires Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to do basic math Ability to communicate both verbal and written Organized with an ability to keep accurate counts & records Punctual and reliable Experience operating forklift preferred, but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
