Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for the safe handling, preparation, and movement of large custom machinery. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare large custom machinery for shipment, including protecting, skidding, and shrink-wrapping Inspect outgoing and incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) Ensure all shipments are properly labeled and documented Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping/receiving area Track and maintain inventory of lift trucks, machinery, and related equipment Assist with general shop duties as required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience in shipping/receiving or a manufacturing/shop environment preferred Ability to handle large, heavy materials safely Forklift experience is an asset Basic computer skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team Working Conditions Industrial/shop environment Physically demanding role involving lifting, moving, and handling large equipment Full-time hours; occasional overtime may be required based on workload What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience Stable, full-time employment Supportive team environment If you are a motivated individual who takes pride in precision and quality workmanship, we encourage you to apply.
