Shipping and Receiving

POSITION SUMMARY As a Shipper/Receiver, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing and distribution operations. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying shipments, preparing outgoing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and safely operating material handling equipment. The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products. Complete receiving documentation and maintain accurate records. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts. Organize and maintain warehouse and shipping areas. Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials. Ensure shipping documents are completed accurately. Follow all company safety procedures and housekeeping standards. Work collaboratively with production, customer service, and operations teams. Perform other duties as assigned. SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 1-3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or related experience. Commitment to workplace safety and quality Forklift experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills and experience with shipping documentation. Commitment to workplace safety and quality. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely. Manufacturing or industrial experience is considered an asset. Based on the qualifications outlined in existing Redco Shipper/Receiver documentation..
