Badger Plastics & Supply is looking to fill a fulltime shipping and receiving position in our shop. We are a full-line distributor of mechanical and industrial plastics with in-house machining and fabricating capabilities. We are searching for an organized individual to provide friendly customer service and ensure outgoing and incoming items are accurate. Experience operating a fork lift is preferred. We strongly recommend visiting our website to learn more about our company. www.badgerplastics.com Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities: Count, weigh, and measure items for shipment Prepare, wrap, and band skids to ship via truck line Cut, pull, and prepare orders Pack and ship orders correctly with Speedy and UPS Check in packages from Speedy, UPS, and trucking lines Create shipping labels for packages Call for pickup logistics and prepare bill of ladings Load and unload trucks using a fork lift Verify incoming deliveries with the purchase order Record shortages of received orders Maintain and stock inventory Some heavy lifting will be required We offer affordable, low deductible health, dental, and vision insurance Simple IRA Plan Paid Time Off Compensation: $18-$20/hr – depending on experience and work ethic Hours: Monday – Friday 1st shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm Overtime is available and sometimes required.
