Our work environment includes: Safe work environment Regular social events Growth opportunities Casual work attire On-the-job training * Verifies and keep a record of incoming and outgoing shipments * prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties and responsibilities - Compare identifying information, counts, weighs, or measures items for incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of ladings, records, or invoices. - Places shipping labels to properly identify information and instruction onto cartons, crates, or other containers - Examine outgoing shipments to ensure specifications are met - Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, and records shortages correspond with the shipper to rectify damages or shortages - Maintains the inventory of shipping materials and supplies Physical Requirements: * Lift and/or move up to 35 pounds on a regular basis * Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl All safety protocols in place Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Experience: warehouse or shipping: 1 year (Required) Hi-Lo: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
